Flooring That We Clean

VCT (Vinyl Composition Tile)

VCT is probably the most popular of the flooring varieties that we service. It’s super durable, looks nice, and has tons of organic patterns that help to hide smudges and soil. You might mistake VCT flooring for tile because it comes in squares and is hard and flat. Tile has grout places between each tile, and VCT flooring does not. With VCT flooring, each tile butts up directly to the neighboring tiles, leaving no room or need for grout or filler material.

LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile)

One of the fastest-growing floor surface options in North America right now is Luxury Vinyl Tile (LTV). Chances are you have seen it but didn’t realize that it was vinyl at all because they are made to look just like real stone, wood, marble, or even ceramic tiles. Because they are made to mimic natural surfaces, there is an element of texture to LVT, making them slightly more difficult to keep looking their best.
